These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the FundoraCo application. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. FundoraCo provides a structured participation platform for business activities and capital allocation.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of FundoraCo complies with all applicable local, regional and national laws.
To use FundoraCo, you must register with a valid email address and create a password. Email verification via a one-time password (OTP) is required. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Users are required to verify their mobile number via SMS OTP. A valid international phone number with the correct country code must be provided. Phone verification helps secure your account and enables important notifications.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to enable available security features such as email verification and mobile verification. FundoraCo is not liable for losses arising from failure to secure your account.
You may change your password at any time from the Security settings. If you forget your password, you may request a password reset via the Forgot Password option, which sends a secure reset link to your registered email.
Recharges are made to administrator-configured cryptocurrency payment addresses. A valid Transaction ID (TID) is required for every recharge submission. A recharge is credited to your account only after it is verified and approved by an administrator. Recharges meeting the minimum qualifying amount may receive a welcome bonus. Submitting fake, manipulated, altered, or fraudulent payment details, transaction IDs, or receipts may result in rejection of the recharge request and temporary or permanent account suspension after review.
FundoraCo offers five participation plans, all running for 90 days: Basic ($1–$24.99 at a 1.00% daily rate), Starter ($25 at 3.00%), Builder ($50 at 3.00%), Pro ($100 at 3.10%) and Elite ($200 and above with daily rates from 3.20% up to 5.00% as the amount increases). Daily activity is calculated server-side from your actual investment, start date and plan rules. Invested principal is kept separate from your eligible/withdrawable balance.
Every plan runs for 90 days from activation. Daily activity is calculated as a percentage of your investment amount and becomes eligible balance according to your plan rules. Returns are not guaranteed and depend on configured business rules. Past performance does not indicate future results.
Your invite link is unique to your account. Referral commissions are paid on three levels: Level 1 (5%), Level 2 (3%), and Level 3 (1%) of qualifying recharges made by your referrals. You may not create accounts for the purpose of self-referral. Commission is credited only after the referred user's recharge is approved.
Withdrawals apply only to your eligible/withdrawable balance. Invested principal is not withdrawable. A 10% withdrawal fee applies to every withdrawal and is clearly disclosed before confirmation; it is deducted from the amount you request and the remainder is sent as your final payout. The minimum withdrawal is shown on the withdrawal screen ($10 by default) and the maximum is $100,000, further limited by your available eligible balance. Withdrawals require email OTP verification and are processed by our team, with status updates sent as in-app notifications.
Your daily plan profit is claimed from the Daily Mining card on the dashboard. The mining cycle runs on a fixed daily window (9:00 AM to 8:59 AM by default), the reward is proportional to the time remaining in the cycle, and a claim must be made manually for each cycle — missed claims do not generate income. Mining income is your plan income, not additional profit.
Streak cycles are optional. You choose a target (for example 7, 15 or 30 days), claim your mining reward every day of that target and unlock the bonus for that target. Missing a single day invalidates the bonus for that cycle. Bonus values are configured by the platform and shown in the app before you start.
After a qualifying recharge, a scratch card cashback reward may be issued. The reward amount is drawn on our servers and credited together with the approved recharge. Rewards are promotional, have no value until credited, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
You may apply for account verification from your profile. Applications are reviewed by our team and may be approved or rejected. Verification is optional unless a feature requires it, and any applicable fee is shown before you submit. Providing false or altered documents will result in rejection and may lead to account suspension.
Live chat is provided for account support and conversations are stored for support and quality purposes. Our team will never ask for your password, and you should never share wallet private keys or seed phrases in chat.
FundoraCo sends in-app notifications for account events including recharge status, plan activation, daily profit credits, withdrawal status, new referrals, affiliate commissions, and security alerts. You may manage your notification preferences from the Notification Settings page. Disabling a notification category will prevent notifications from that category.
All recharge, withdrawal, investment, profit, affiliate commission, and adjustment transactions are recorded and linked to your account. You can view your transaction history at any time. Transaction records are maintained for accounting and security purposes.
You may update your full name, mobile number, profile photo, and language preference from the Personal Information page. Your User ID and email are verified fields and cannot be changed directly. Profile photo uploads may be cropped and adjusted before saving.
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' data, manipulate calculations, engage in fraudulent activity, or create multiple accounts for self-referral. Violations may result in suspension and forfeiture of eligibility.
FundoraCo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose a risk to the platform or its users, or remain inactive for extended periods. Suspended accounts may forfeit pending balances.
Participation involves risk. FundoraCo does not guarantee any return or profit. Only participate with funds you can afford to allocate. Past performance does not indicate future results. FundoraCo is not a licensed financial institution, bank, or investment fund.
FundoraCo is not licensed, registered, or regulated by any financial regulatory authority. The platform does not hold banking licenses, investment fund licenses, or insurance licenses. Services are provided on a best-effort basis. Users should independently verify the suitability of participation under their local laws.
FundoraCo may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
